Welcome again to our Blog Site. And here at The New CCBPP, It is our upmost importance that we continue to bring awareness to combat the many issues that plague our community every second of the day. In order to achieve these goals it is vital for community involvement and support. We are unfortunately being oppressed and brutalized Non-stop. So as a result there are plenty of issues….we need support in all areas do not be afraid to fight back.
Below is a short list of Programs for the People that needs your support and participation.
- Huey P. Newton Anti Poverty Program (Survival Bags Passed out in the Community, Bags may consist of Map,First Aid Kit Bottled Water, Canned Food, Sanitary items etc.)
- Out Reach/ Canvas Table ( Appear in various parts in the City to set up and engage with the Community. )
- George Jackson Politcal Prisoner Video Series ( Learning about current Political Prisoners illegally held in U.S. Institutions )
- Bobby Hutton Literacy Program (Teaching Adults and Students Reading Comprehension and Writing Skills )
- No Child Left Behind Community Food-Give ( Providing Meals hot/cold to needy Children within various communities)
- Melvin Dickson Community Bar-B-Q ( each on the last Saturday we will have a Barbecue at Bobby Hutton {Defermery} Park to celebrate and engage with the Community )
- Big Man Elbert Howard Intercommunial Newspaper ( each month we will be producing a newspaper showing the work done in the community with different articles wrote by Members of the community. )
